anyone signed up and had the free 1gb for Malaysia/Thailand data roam for 3 months? I tried using last week and wasn't able to connect (despite "global roaming" was already activated).

Did you check your account if there is roaming bundled? Free roam applies to only new sign up binge plan

Take note under network connectivity....try to lower down from 4G/3G/2G TO 3G/2G....my oc on her oppo having this issue
