I was charge double in Oct bill.
It added the Sept bill as an outstanding amount to the Oct bill.
My bill was on recurring payment through credit card and I confirm that Sept bill was charged and paid in early Oct through my credit card
Anyone encounter the same issue?

same too for me and my family. Have check the vivifi bill record, it stated sept already paid, Oct invoice is double charge, should be their mistake

same here, by the time they rectify it, should be already charged to the credit card.

Hmm, this 5G VAS can be activated online instantly? Which shows that the other telcos who insist we give them more money to swap to a "5G SIM card" are simply bull💩? Reminds me of the same stunt they pulled during the 3G to 4G transition, forcing everyone to pay for new SIM cards.

Hope someone with technical knowledge on SIM card technology can comment on this!

There are 2 types of 5G one is NSA which most MVNO are using which rides on 4G frequency. Those MNO pure 5G SA you are required to change SIM. Go read up the difference between them...

Me too. I got double charged also
got the reply from them regarding the double charge, it was mentioned that as the October bill was generated on 1st Oct which was before the deduction for the September bill (late bill due date on 30th September), this is the reason for still showing the outstanding bill from September.

I see! The billing should adjusted to its correct amount after another 1 or 2 cycles I guess!

If my next bill cycle for gomo is 9th Nov and I wanna port over to vivifi before renewal, when should I sign up for it? I am opting for sim card delivery as their self collect schedule doesn't match mine.

Thanks.
