signed up $11++ plan with 50GB data. collected sim card on 17 feb. just submitted the port-in request online and activated the sim card this morning. today 11pm my zym no should be ported over.

actually can wait till next monday then activate so can maximise the pro-rated bill. but worry any prob in between so activate earlier to prevent for additional one more month by zym if it is not successfully ported over before the start of march.

yes vivifi data runs a lot faster than any MVNOs, this one i can confirm, i used zym which is also under sinktel but never feel the same.

but i am porting in to vivifi tonite at 11pm, due to its attractive $11+ plan with 20 + 30GB (promo) data which is sufficient for my usage nowadays. after 5 months will port out again haha.

to be fair, none of the unlimited data after exceeded the quota is usable no matter which MVNOs. just go for a plan with enough data to use.

I had my zym number porting process to Vivifi started yesterday (24 Feb 2023) at 11pm, however, this morning (25 Feb 2023) I checked on vivifi website and noticed that the number porting process failed.

My old sim for Zym lost signal after 11pm yesterday. However, it has no signal still now even the number porting failed.

Why is it so? How to get my zym no back online? I need to get the OTP for important transactions.
now my zym sim card has no signal at all. yesterday since the porting process started, zym website already shows the below. even now the porting process failed, also same.

Past few mth signal was really bad at vivo hbf area. Less than 1mbps on mutiple speed testṣ My peers using gomo had at least 5mbps.

Just to confirm, if I port in a number and change ownership as the same time, there is no additional cost. But if I change ownership after port in, then need to pay $20+? Thanks

My understanding is that Vivifi not charging $11.10. Instead, they are charging $11.1028. You go take a look at your bill. You will see the $11.1028. So... i think once every few months, will have to pay $0.01 more, because the $0.0028 will slowly add up.
