How much are you all are getting charged for the $11 plan? Since the 8% gst, jan was $11.10 but feb got $11.11, lol maybe march different price again.
My understanding is that Vivifi not charging $11.10. Instead, they are charging $11.1028. You go take a look at your bill. You will see the $11.1028. So... i think once every few months, will have to pay $0.01 more, because the $0.0028 will slowly add up.

Past few mth signal was really bad at vivo hbf area. Less than 1mbps on mutiple speed testṣ My peers using gomo had at least 5mbps.
Not just Vivifi. Two of us were using Zym - same problem. Voice calls had issues too - can't hear other party.

Once every few month ok, but this is 2nd month. Seem like every alternate month then.

Hi, I've been on vivifi 4G for about 6 months. Do you face poor calls quality? Like it takes very long to call others and others face problems or lag while calling you?

I thought it was only me on my pixel 7pro until my friend also ported to vivifi and complained the same issue on his iphone. He port out to M1 Maxx immediately the problem was resolved again.

I just opt in for vivifi 5G add on today, I am hoping it helps.

No such issues, all my outgoing calls connect within 5 seconds on iPhone. I doubt the 5G add-on will help in your case since calls on Vivifi are routed over 3G.

I saw the unknown pay per use charges in my account. And they are certainly not becos I exceed the local calls, sms and data bundle. So is it cost related to roaming Becos I do travel to jb. But why would this charge incur since I never make calls or sms while in jaybee and I never turn on data roaming as well.

It's likely because there is no VoLTE on SingTel MVNOs.

The phone has to disconnect from 4G/5G to connect to 3G to establish the call, and it takes time. Up to 10 secs is the norm.

M1 Maxx have VoLTE, so as long as the other party is calling from landline or VoLTE/VoNR enabled network, it'll be much faster, in real world as low as 3 seconds or less.

The voice call even without HD Voice is still likely to be better on VoLTE.

Thanks for your explanation! That explains why I see the connection drops to 3G during calls and sometimes people complain about the quality of my calls!

Seriously considering to port out.

If you want to stay on Singtel, but don’t want to pay full fare, then port to Gomo. They do calls over 4G aka VoLTE.

Singtel has this Scam Call Protect built on its network, not sure if Singtel MVNO are able to benefit from this

I recalled not going for GOMO because they don't support voice roaming (receiving of calls and calling from overseas).

BTW even after waiting 3 working day, I still don't get 5G signal on my pixel 7 Pro. Rebooted the phone several times and checked all settings. Is it need tor replace Sim card?

yes gomo and giga does not support roaming outgoing call. This is why I do not opt for it as well.

Anyone used vivifi 5G with Google Pixel 7 Pro? I still don't get 5G after activating and waiting for a week.

Edit: oh wow it's finally activated after 7 days since submitting the booster request.

finally signed up Vivifi 5G Binge… hope it’s good. Going to port from Giga which has a irritating network coverage.

Just to check, after port to Vivifi, when you will get your first bill?
Almost one Month already, yet no bill is generated.
