Checked and confirmed not in spam folder. Quite happy with their mobile service, but in times like these when you desperately need help and they drop the ball, it's a worst-case scenario that you realize you cannot live with and need to look for alternatives asap.
Why never send again after a few days? My past experience with their email has been very fast, reply within 1 business day.

my vivifi and zym roam at jb no issue, maxis auto assigned.

some places weak signal... malaysia..
I have both Vivifi and ZYM, testing roaming in Malaysia. When Vivifi Internet not responding, I immediately use other phone with ZYM but surprising that phone with ZYM still got Internet and can load. I was just testing with browsing surfing.

Did you manually connect both to the same network partner to test? Sometimes your phone just randomly connects to a partner network that happens to not be working well, might be out of vivifi/zym's control.

Anyone know the difference with connections & coverage between the "normal" plans like Share / Plus / Binge etc against the Vibe plans? Just wondering why there are price differences :unsure:

Is the port-in guidance still the same for iPhone eSIM --> wait until port-in completed and then activate the eSIM on the phone?

Thanks! I just signed up and now waiting for them to complete verification. I did the SingPass option and going with eSIM so hopefully won't be too long before it's verified.

I'm assuming need to wait for profile verified before I should attempt port-in right?

their verification process like long ah...mine until now still not yet verified
