never asked for not shutting down 3G. But asking for 4G service that Is no worse than existing 3G coverage. Now still many carparks, lifts, toilets are 3G only, if want to shut down 3G, need to wait for 4G is no worse in coverage
No more free 5G for 3 months?now only $10 free? last time i signed up time there is additional rebate at the later months beyond this one month free...

iPhone uses singtel bundle. Volte is enabled on phone and cannot disable, but singtel disallow volte on server sideVivifi eSim on iPhone, under voice&data, only 5G Auto, 5G on, 4G. No more options for 3G (and 2G). No option for VoLTE yet.

Good customer-facing support doesn't come for free. We ARE paying only 10 a month. And it's easy to port in and out now, didn't have it this good even 5 years ago.Terrible. Thought Vivifi would be better than Giga in terms of customer responds. Email in to terminate my line since 19th Jul until now no respond from them. Send message via Facebook also no one reply.
