can share on their billing model (Heya and Eight) why good?
Eight - can use credit card for auto-recharge every mth, or use shopee vendors (use coins) to top up wallet and will auto-deduct every mth

Heya - renew every mth via shopee vendors or credit card (in Heya app), can also top up Heya wallet

So far didnt encounter wrongful deduction from credit card from Heya and Eight

How is that the best when you have to do it manually every month, topping up excess mean you will need to stick with them until you fully utilise the credit.

at least there's no wrongful deduction of credit card.
Do you have the time to complain to the telco and IMDA? or call the bank for fraud charge?

Unless you are jumping every month or two, I would hardly call it "best". You need to monitor you cycle and do manual top up 12x in a year is far from best. The extra charge issues is only when you ported out, so unless you are doing it like so frequently, it barely affect you,

Trying to port a line from Circles to Vivifi Share plan. Currently have a couple of lines, so bringing one more line over.

Activated the temp number, entered all the details for the number to be ported over and status on Vivifi is “Submitted” but then got a text message a bit later saying the request was rejected by current carrier.

I chatted with Circles, they say I’m all good to port out, nothing blocking (even the Secure Me feature is disabled), so not sure if Vivifi just sent the message in error or really got issue. On their website, it says “In Progress” so I guess that’s good?

I’ve reached out to Vivifi but it takes a while and I’m hoping to do this before the end of month so Circles don’t charge me for another month 😅

a 2 bar st mvno can beat m1 full coverage in open street in cbd
although m1 coverage is shitty

although different location may have different output, but accepting the issue and fixing the issue is more important if its a persistent fault is more important which is not easy for them to swallow (so customer have to accept the negative outcome)

end of the day as long what you are running work, it works

Eight users also reported aeroplane mode and lags nothing un-common

I thought eight is on StarHub, not M1?

no reply from VIVIFI as of now (28th Oct 10:32pm)
seems like recently they don't reply emails anymore.
When I contacted them in May, email replies were within a day.
Now many days no reply.
Maybe they only have one person in charge of emails, and is on leave??

I send them an email earlier this morning and got a reply a couple of hours later. My request was pretty easy, so maybe that’s why?

Did you just ported over in Sep or late Aug? I did remember they didn't charge for quite a long while after initial port in.

I had initiated to port out with other provider on 6th Sept 2024, it takes 1-3 days to actual port out successfully
