I am now on Vivifi.me Vibe 5G+, ported in from Myrepublic Mobile 5G on May 31st. Overall it's ok, much better than Myrepublic's Starhub signal.

i prompted in all the various AI tools, specifically saying Simba local network is not reliable ( based on what friends say, some even cant get signals when at home!).....AI recommended Singtel Hi, Zym mobile, Vivifi, Gomo, based on adequate but more Asia locations for roaming, ok local network etc.

What's the general feedback about Vivifi network? have throttling i guess?

customer service is via app? chatbot? email only?

are there any long time users that can share more of your experience with the brand ?

1. Been a user since local data was only 20 GB per month.
2. No complaints on signal strength as it is riding on Red.
3. Had a problem of no Caller ID. Help was through their website. Didn't managed to resolve, despite changing to a new Sim card. In the end, it was solved. Asked what's was the problem, CS said it was Red backend issue.
4. With competition, roaming data have increased from a mere 3 GB to 15 GB. Suitable for travelling.

9 months user here. Ported over from Starhub. I find it to be better coverage and speed compared to Starhub for the places i frequent. Customer service side no issues, they reply quite fast within the day and billing is clear.

Every activation of iMessage or FaceTime on iPhones will incur international SMS charges. And the activation is not instant, it will always take quite sometime to get thru.

Which telco are you on right now?
Afterall, if you are fine with your current one, you are unlikely to be searching to jump out.

I've just ported a few lines from Zero1 to Vivifi (1st to Giga @ $1.90 and then over to Vivifi Vibe 5G+ @ $11.00) to enjoy all the benefits. However I still have 2 lines from Zero1 which I cannot go via this route (long story so not going to explain). Have anyone ported directly from Singtel MVNOs to Vivifi recently and gotten Vivifi to give the free 30Gb Roam World data (which is only valid for Non-Singtel ports)? Thanks

I must be missing out. Zym $10.10 plan is 5G for 180days vs vivifi which is perpetual. Are you seeing different promo?
