2. no default to chinese apps like their own browser, etc.
3. no chinese characters suddenly popping up in notifications, etc.

2nd issue, can set default app in settings so not a problem
3rd one is common but I just swipe it away

All boils down to how much one is willing to spend
By paying $1700 for a 512gb foldable phone is a deal for me liao, compare to other brands that cost more

Same here... my deal was a little sweeter... got the 1TB for ~1749. Not going to fork more than 2k++ just for global rom.
