china set should work with singpass without any issues, well i have 2 china roms phone both have singpass.
I was using vivo x70 pro from importer with singpass and bank apps, no issue. Stopped using because of color lines. :(

Had color lines also with x70. Screen replaced by vivo as under warranty)

Tbh I don't think you will like/get used to CN roms, especially for work (if your company environment is very Microsoft centric), as well as looking at the past history of phones you've used. Just based on my experience using CN roms for both brands, vivo originos is much better than oppo coloros. Oppo, even their latest global rom is quite buggy at least when I last tested N5. If your buying just for camera, vivo will wins hands down solely due to their algo and hardware. Oppo might be better in terms of video recording. But still I don't think CN rom phones will fit your needs lol.

In terms of bugs, features, ease of usage, user friendliness. Originos is more intuitive and smoother. But probably can wait till x200 ultra launch then decide. Also not even out u already choosing which to buy lol.

Gonna camp for the red base variant as my secondary camera phone. Launch price probably between 6499 to 6999 yuan looking at previous years pricing.

huh i mean don't these flagship comes with international warranty?
im assuming your talking about the vivo x200u china rom, there's likely not going to be a global version. so even if the warranty is registered and if some problem appears when u go to a local vivo store they will likely say u have to contact or send back to the china side for warranty

I'm very tempted to try x200p after watching the reviews. Camera is important to me and I am looking for a new phone that would do well with concert recording too. But for the china set, is it can't use Singpass right? How about Global set?

Currently using Pixel 7 Pro...

For concert recording if esp quite a distance away, that separate Zeiss lens attachment on x200U might just give the best IQ of any smartphones out there for quite a while since the external optical assembly is far less compromised/ constrained than tiny periscopes.

But moving from a P7P the image quality on x200p should already be an upgrade.

Ex P7P user.
