Also, another thing I have noticed is if your phone book put e.g my friend "John" phone number as +65 12345678, for an incoming call, if it comes in as 12345678 (without the +65), it does not recognize that it is "John" calling. Have you encountered that?

can't seen to find way to change the weather on lock scrren. I have the problem with the phone number thing also, i use the stupid way to fix the problem by adding the phone number 1 by 1, 1 with +65 the other 1 is normal 1 without +65 under same contact ...

yes,actually those default app after uninstall the apk is still inside the phone..

Thanks for the help. This is my first time using China phone, so a bit blur. The app was originally installed but blur blur accidentally deleted it. Hahaha. When I first got the Vivo, I was looking for the app drawer then found out, oh no app drawer. Hahaha... But I have to say, the phone is superb, it's very fast and the sound is one of the best I've heard. I compared it with my friend's HTC One M8 and another friend's HTC One Max. The Vivo Xplay 3S sounds a lot better and we all know that the HTC One series phones have very good sound...

no problem, lets helping each other, this is my first china brand phone also, yup the speaker is really loud, i need to set it 2/3 of the volume if not will get shock when the phone ring

What is a Chinese root manager? Is he the Chinese dude that sells Ginseng root? Hahaha. Just kidding. Once it's rooted, should I install Super SU and what if there is a new firmware, should I reroot again? MY phone shows there's a new firmware update...

try add another phone number in the same contact 1 with +65 the other one just normal one see can solve your problem or not. If you happen to find another good way to solve the problem please let me know cos it look a bit messy in my contact ... As for root will need to re-root again after a firmware update, yes still be able to do a ota update after root as long you don't anyhow delete some of the default app

yes after update then root since after update the root will gone no point root first.
