careful about comgateway

got pple some feedback saying that their parcel got stuck. But seems like they are moving their warehouse in US to a different location and may take couple of weeks to sort out

Never chose Vpost, they do not have customer service contact no. in their website, it is Tel: 1605 (Press #4 for ‘vPost’), but when I called, always someone from Post picked up, they do not help to redirect to Vpost customer officer. Have to leave my number and promise to call back at same day. But someone called back a few days later. Very bad experience with vpost.

Agree. I have been using Comgateway a long time too, but lately, they are taking longer to even mark my package as received, and right now they are not even registering one of my packages as received after 3+ working days. They don't seem to respond to any messages via "Contact Us" and live chat. Don't even have acknowledgement email. I am 99% certain they received my Fedex delivery within the US, got the address right and everything. For all I know, people are taking advantage of the chaos during the warehouse move and stealing my packages. F****** hell.

Can try tenso but not cheap
They have repackaging services
I bought Amazon n this Amazon v jialat one
Ship big boxes n still split up somemore

however japan side more serious
Have to scan ic n address that kind to verify
Me last time many yrs ago already did that so my acc can be used right away

else try rakuten and also some merchant can ship to u by paying them shipping charges too
