Vpost? Borderlinx? Comgateway?

is there anyway to track vpost package? Tried to put shipment number is usps / singpost website, but no tracking. Item status is still the same, still awaiting delivery. Thanks

I don't think they track the shipments very closely.

My shipment status was stagnant after arriving at Vpost US for 1 week. And today suddenly jumped from "awaiting delivery" to "arrived in S’pore Airport Processing Ctr".

I've been using ComGateway for over a year now

Love the fact they upgrade to express when using POSB/DBS, not sure if this is over after CNY.

Highly recommended.

DHL Express also very flexible in regards to timeslots

Total nightmare with all of them!

I officially STOP using vpost due to the nightmare i've been through last month.

1)europe-They wrongly sent my items to singapore(which i was supposed to return to the merchant in london). Nothing being done after i call more than 10 times!No apology nor compensation on their side for their mistakes!

2)USA- due to their usavp non responsive customer service, i have to accept a package which was supposed to be return(again)

I even have paid their sgd 10 admin fees (x3 package to return but due to their error, all returns void!)

i ask them to refund my admin fees paid = called them, their staff confirm will refund in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, i called again to inquire about my refund = "sorry we have not found anything about your claim"!!
That's the day i stopped using vPusa/europe altogether!

Now,has been buying from amazon,newegg,ebay using a gr8 service provider now!!Thank God i found better service.-no headache. no heartache!(can help u guys if u want)

~~by the way- i have been using vp since oct 2011. had more than 30 packages sent to them in usa+europe! feel like a NON-VALUED customer every time!

You are certainly one very "special" customer to request so many returns from vPost back to the merchants.

And don't bother to introduce your so-called "great" service provider. We all know what you guys are up to. :s8:

1) VPost i also avoid...so far no probs using them years ago but feedback no good and also customer service not as efficient as Borderlinx and comGateway

2) Bordelinx got free insurance cover for items up to USD10K (i think) and like above coz better customer service support (but still i had minor issues which was not resolved but since it is minor, i can live with it)

3) Used for the 1st time this week but customer service seems very efficient coz had a live chat and enquiries answered but dunno when comes to handling issues (hopefully none to come). But if shipped regularly, i think will be cheaper than Borderlinx coz free upgrade to prime member.

But dunno bout comGatewat insurance policy...free or 0.69% as mentioned above. Need to check their website or enquire form their live chat.

Last time borderlinx insurance underwritten by QBE, I was fairly impressed with the one claim I had to make (DHL lost my parcel, @#*%&@*#%*@#%). Paid me item cost + shipping, no questions asked. I think their insurance provider has changed now though.

Thanks for your Vpost log. My package was finally delivered today. Probably won't use Vpost anymore cause they don't have night deliveries during weekdays / weekend. Also tracking is a bit slow compared to DHL. In terms of speed, Vpost was only about 3 days slower compared to CGW so it wasn't that bad.

Hmm, my package arrived at my vpost location already, but my account still showing 0 package. It arrived 22/2 at around 9am... I've emailed the cs already, still no reply. Do you guys also experience this? For it to arrive in the morning and not to be updated into my account is just weird... :/

Maybe your vp no is not shown on the package.. sometimes you enter vp no on the checkout page but it didnt reveal on the parcel therefore vpost cant locate whose this package belongs to. so you have to inform them

Pheww.. its in now, only today it got registered under my account. Guess they aren't that fast.

Package arrived at facility on 22/2(UPS delivery tracking)
Registered into my vpost acc 24/2

Would consider trying with CGW next time! :s13:

ahh u quite suay hahhaa.. mine always enter on that day when it arrived.. but if arrive too late.. they will enter the next day..

I used Borderlinx to ship my Nook and it took just 7 calender days, normal shipment. very impressed.

My neighbout used vpost to ship his kindle and waited for more then 1 month, and when he checked with vpost, their record shows that the package has already been delivered, they even show the DO with someone signing for it. Then when he pressed on, they agreed to replace a unit for him, and guess what, the unit they replaced have the same serial # that his original unit suppose to have (info from Amazon), so you do your conclusion. I am not going to try vpost anytime soon

Oh crap after reading all the replies here I'm so afraid for my Kindle touch and it's case which is supposed to arrive on 9th March 2012 at the Changi Holding centre. It's ok for me if vpost delivers it on Mon 12th March 2012 seriously cause I put the address to my office address but I hope it's not a Saturday delivery as we don't work on Saturdays

I hope it's not a question about the honestly of the vpost staff as there was a case recently about a Singapore Postman being charged for stealing stuff he was supposed to deliver recently in the newspapers right?

My colleague from China managed to ship 2 kindle touches for himself and his friend with no issue using vpost hence I used vpost. I hope paying for the 18 dollar insurance for my kindle touch will be enough to cover of anything bad happens

Ya correct, they will email you "Borderlinx has received a new delivery for you..."
