Shld i go to aftershock? or sim lim to build
if dont care about after sales service like warranty, want cheapest price and dont want to diy, aftershock is an ok choice. shops at sim lim sq usually have much better after sales service, especially with proper distro warranty for the parts. will cost more ah, but short of diy id say its a better choice than aftershock.

I think you should ownself build.

Your system at aftershock is built by newbies.. you might get a shock after that.

Go SLS reputable shops better bah..

Aftersales service is BS one, mostly only can solve simple problems which you can also solve by yourself.. don't rely on it.

I also wanted to quiet pc. then I hooted a 4000x, some corsair fans and 6800xt.

then I realised when I pak game the airflow is not enough to cool my junction temp of the gpu, hovering at 90s. hence I ram up my case fan speed to 80% whenever it reaches 90s for my gpu.

then I also ram my gpu fan speed to 80% when it reaches 90s. end up my quiet pc become vacuum cleaner lol!

my sad situation aside, a quiet pc should start from getting the right case, in this case 1 that promote airflow to move air without much obstruction. for my case , front mounted aio doesn't help me at all !

Buy a kdk desk fan blow inside lo

Use water cooling.... Radiator also use kdk desk fan blow... Spray some water on the radiator... evaporation will lower down temperature eVen more

Above is the cheap way...

Expensive way... GPU heatsink got to replace etc...

Can’t play any game 🤣🤣🤣
This is my temp and fan while gaming , R5 3600 + 1660Super ( 1440p high setting) . If u think every fan is noisy then ur buying the wrong fan

no ah
legit quiet casing is jin heavy de
they got the padding on the different sides of the casing to absorb noise
they also got padding to reduce vibrations

but if u get the one with windows, it defeat the purpose of quiet liao
No la , heavy doesnt means quiet . I got a Fractal design that thing weight like 4-5kg .When u install a 1600 rpm fan also noisy like jet , those what vibration bla bla all bullsh1t la

Want a quiet PC? On your air con. Use a passive cooled heatsink. No casing, no fans. PSU buy those that has Eco mode. Only fan you have are the one on your GPU.
