Quiet PC, get an Apple MacBook Air. No fan, no sound, no compromise to performance. Only problem is that it is not suitable for gaming.

AMD3600 + 5600xt + 240mm AIO + SFX 600w = silent PC
I didnt use any case fans on the fan on gfx and AIO
CPU temp ard 50degree and GPU 50degree at utilizing cPU 60%+ 25% GPU and 20 out of 32GB ram
