I’ve also heard that if you return there’s a 25% open box fee and 15% restocking fee for closed box items per unit, but that’s for iPhone/iPad. Not sure if Apple Watch applies.

I've never encountered that in practice. Especially if there is a genuine reason for the return (buyer's remorse, change colors, etc.).

I believe they put the policy in a few years ago due to people buying multiple iPhones, trying to flip them on Carousell or overseas and then returning them to Apple when they failed...

Oh found it. Return charges apply only if you return your items in volume. (4 products or more) A great policy to give profiteers a harder time to sell their overpriced new Apple sets.


Return of Products Purchased in Volume

In addition to the Standard Return Policy, the following applies to returns of any product purchased in volume (aggregate of more than 4 per order or across multiple orders) from the same product category:

Must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive the product;
Will be subject to a 25% restocking fee per item; and
Must be returned to the Apple Store where originally purchased.

Yup mine had 2-3 minor scratches on glass and 1-2 small dinks on the casing and they did 1for1 refurb replacement for my S2 the other time when I requested battery change under applecare+. Staff even recommended to me to do that before ac+ ends lol

Perhaps they've changed policy or something. For me I've never returned any products.

You can download the update but not install without it being on the charger, and needs to have at least 50% batt.

Stumbled upon notification settings as all WhatsApp and telegram i only set aa banners and not on lockscreen and notification center. All along like this no issue on watch replies. I tapped on notification center ans check it as well and ot now works. Strange

I can't speak for telegram as I don't use it, but glad that works now for you.
