Yes that’s an appropriate Hr level
Ok bro gt_5454, let’s proceed.
In Garmin, we can set many type of alerts in any types of activities and each combination can have different type of alerts, even with same type of alerts and can different alert level.
So, in this example, we are going to do the alert level for running activity (you can repeat for other activities, so when u run, remember to select run bcos if you select say cycling during run, the alert type and alert level will be different. Worst still if you set nothing for cycling activity abd you select cycling when you’re actually running, then there will be no alert at all)
So, ok, we gonna do the alert for RUN activity and HEART RATE alert and level for high alerts is zone5 (Z5) [and u can set the same for low level alert [Z4].
Ok, goto your Garmin Watch, select:
Settings > Activities & Apps > RUN > Run Settings > Alerts > Heart Rate > High Alert > Maximum Z5
Settings > Activities & Apps > RUN > Run Settings > Alerts > Heart Rate > Low Alert > Threshold Z4
Repeat for other activities and for other alert types if you want...
Hope the above helps
Cheers
