I ordered a silver stainless steel 45mm from courts earlier today. Delivery date: 21 Oct. Seems like courts still have plenty of stocks.

Cannot be leh. The person told me right now they are unable to determine the stock availability and delivery date as they are currently experiencing very high volume of orders received.

I didn’t use any coupon codes. Tried it all and none worked.

The delivery date was not shown before the order. At checkout, if you select $10 shipping, the earliest to choose from is for December. So i went with the $0 free shipping.

After paying, wait for 10 min or so for the order to go into the courts profile. I can see the delivery date from here. (Hope they honour the date.)

fyi, there were gold stainless steel 45mm at Singtel online earlier today.

Let me share my unpleasant experience with Courts. My delivery date was changed to "19th Oct 3pm to 7pm" on 15 October. Went in to track this afternoon and it was changed to "N/A. To Be Contacted.". I called Courts hotline to enquire and the CSO said my shipping date was not confirmed and she doesn't know when will the stock arrive. Honestly, I was okay with the delay and I'm willing to wait. What I'm not okay is that they gave a date and then suddenly change it. Why give a date in the first place and end up disappointing your customer? Don't overpromise if you cant deliver. They should have just kept the status as "N/A" from the start. Oh well, this is the bad experience for a $90 discount.

Many many years ago I purchase a sound bar from Courts. Can’t remember I choose delivery or self pick. Den was notify need to wait for stocks whereby Tampines mall outlet (Current Uniqlo location) got plenty…
Contacted the CSO and was told stocks different and need to wait, after a short wait with no updates I cancelled.
cancellation and refund also need to call and chase them….

That was years ago when their Facebook flooded with delivery issue such as customer took leave but delivery never turn up, not sure about now.

Recently I tried to return and exchange a $20 product at Courts, took me close to 1 hour due to complicated calculation at the cashier. To me this is really not acceptable.

Courts has super good promo for router but I still decide to pay $10 more at Lazada, which offer extremely easy cancellation and refund procedure, and extremely good delivery tracking which is also important as I will not be able to stay home all the time for delivery.

Of course, cancellation and refund procedure at Apple store is the best. I had ordered mine at Apple store, but will check physical store when I pass by to try my luck.

Went to Hermes and got my Apple Watch from SA today:




out of stock on apple but SA reserved for me.

learnt something new as well. Thought Hermes stainless steel same Watch as normal stainless steel. But SA told me the sapphire glass used is different. Hermes is both front and back as well as stronger glass, which is why Watch case is also heavier.
