Got other things to spend on ma, groceries, movie tix etc. Can even pay phone bill haha! Apple store EPP can get 5-10% discount so idw spend on istudio haha..

I rmb seeing a bro say singtel-uob can waive the activation fee eh.. 😁

Mine's supposed to be charged as I've completely unsubscribed and re-subscribed, but after Singtel screwed up again by charging me twice for activation fees, they waived both off, possibly also for all the inconveniences they caused me.

Singtel is quite sub-standard, mainly now all their CSOs are FTs, each will tell you different story.

Apple CSO also blur AF.

Ytd I collected my AWU without buying AC+. Then inside apple store call CSO to check AC+ for AWU how much. Cuz I have bought AC+ for other products & via CSO is cheaper vs Apple store.

This blur af Apple CSO tell me AC+ no discount, only the watch itself have discount. Then i asked her how much discount for the watch, then she told me she put me on hold 2 mins n came back told me both watch & AC+ both no discount.

I straight away kap the phone, waste my time LOL. Then proceeded to look for an Apple store staff to buy AC+, paid & left.

Not sure now their call centre is still in Australia and so far I find their CSOs quite ok, though I seldom call. Good thing abt Apple call centre is that even when it's located overseas, when they call you back, it's shown as a local number from when you call from so no international call charges.

Anyway I got EPP discounted AC+ for my AWU directly at Apple shop at 10.09% off la.. so should be same as Alab? I'm good with it la haha!

Best if you enquire from both, then decide.

My APP2 AC+ originally $59, CSO quoted me $50, Apple store is $53.50. So i bought via CSO lol.

This round for AWU, CSO tell me AC+ no discount LOL, duno is blur CSO or really no discount. So I hooted at Apple store.

just call whatsapp them that you are singtel-uob card member and its your priviledge to have it waived as per their benefits in from here

For Apple EPP, if buy newest products like AWU and iPhone 14pm got discount not? Didn't know got such things as EPP, first time apple user.
