Did u registered properly as a foreigner for the Wechat Pay? Like passport upload etc.

read the step by step no 6. if not wrong, need to set the receive payment method.
did u provide the name correctly. note that name is in one word as register in wehcat not 2 words.

Ok I have managed add Mari card for payment.

But still unable to add card to top-up wallet, both YT and Mari also cannot. Same error...

Also at the real-name authentication, there's a (***G) that the sender needs to verify when transferring to mobile, where to find out the ***?

Can't use international card to top up directly in WeChat .

Use DBS/OCBC/ maribank transfer to top up WeChat balance instead

You can't top up wallet directly, only can transfer into the wallet to "top-up" from what I understand with this new implentation. Thus, the need to setup the funds receiving profile.
Click into it to find out the name?

Platform fee (Alipay and WeChat Pay) 3% for a foreign-issued international credit or debit card for payment > RMB200.
