issit like 鬼压床

Different lah, 鬼压床 is press you until cannot move. This weighted blanket is supposed to buy one that is up to 10% of ur body weight so not the cannot move feel bah

I have one sitting in the cupboard. I sleep in aircon room and always wake up drenched in sweat. It's a hassle to move it around too. Usually people use it for anxiety and it helped me during stressful period. Another method is to sleep with a pillow on top of you, feels kind of the same as weighted blanket.

Oh lower Aircon temperature does not help?

Hmm people with anxiety problems, autism, adhd etc supposedly benefits from it

I see, I’m a very light sleeper, always wake up in the mid of the night until frustrated. Does this work for people like me, care to share your experiences?

I find it claustrophobic and too hot, tends to kick off middle of the night.

normal blanket is best

Haha I have no personal experience, opened this thread to see if anyone else has experience. I am a super light sleeper too

By the way is it recommended for clean freaks huh? Easy to wash?

Hmm depends on your body weight (as supposed to buy one up to 10% of body weight) so if like buy one 8 kg and below, many washing machine can handle it

The seller that i bought the blanket from sells the cover. It's like normal quilt. just untie the corners and wash the cover. just that it's heavy la haha.

If you guys dont want such heavy blanket can try goose down quilt. Fluffy and not too heavy
