There is a really shiny black wish in the estate car park. It belongs to a rather weird guy. The guy is seen waxing his car (up to twice a day, daily). It is almost always in the same lot everyday (it's a red plate), and if it goes out and other car takes his precious lot, he will go transfer his car to the lot during work hours when most are out. That lot is a special one coz it's standalone by the wall, so ppl will never walk pass it.

No harm, nobody bothers till recently. He loiters around any car parking on 'his' lot, making car owners feel uneasy. He recognizes car owners, and when he sees the owner walking out of the lift lobby, he walks to them and ask them to faster drive out of the lot. It's like the lot truly belongs to him.

How will you all handle this? Considered harassment?

I think that guy jobless or what, can be a slave to his car....

Well.. if he is not doing any damage dont care. If car got camera maybe can check back and see if he got do anything funny or not. I guess must be a new car? Only new owners will be very cautious towards the car. After owning it for 1 yr... hack care liao... for me, I think I will purposely park in that lot and leave it there for days. Haha....

The plate is an old plate, and I can't tell if it's the latest wish. But it's really glossy! Oh the car is at least 2yrs old, coz he has been doing this for the past 2 yrs.

So far no damage on cars parking on his lot I guess. But to know someone is loitering around your car, waiting for you to appear - the idea is quite freaky. And my neighbor told me his wife got frightened by the uncle approaching her to drive out fast.

I feel if you piss him off hard enough (maybe take his lot for days), he will just do funny stuffs to your car!

i got one uncle like that in my estate also. drives a silver jazz. forever washing car one :s13:

he loves this particular corner lot. so much so that he ever put a traffic cone in front of his lot when he drove out.

the other residents see liao jin dulan. everyone just worked together and kept parking in "his" lot. :s13:

after awhile he gave up and park in any random lot liao. but other than that, he's a nice guy la. holds the lift for people and stuff.

Sad case, shouldn't buy car. If cannot take dents.

Sure heart attack if someone reverse and hit it.

Wow! You also power.
Never ask him where he want to park, you will block all his favourite lot with all your vehicles.

My house MSCP also got one uncle very free that owns 2 cars, one normal plate and one red plate. He is also forever shifting the 2 cars around just to ensure that his "personal" lot won't be taken up by other cars. But then in terms of cleaniness, both his cars cmi.

Another uncle who owns a red plate car also very busy one. He'll simply just drive his car from one end of the car park to the other and turn around then park back his car. "Warming up" his car I guess.

I do have preference for some lots. But if it's taken, I'll just park somewhere else.

Didnt know Sg got so many weird people... I also got a particular lot which I like, its isolated and right infront of the life. Weird thing is no one seems to park there. My dad says it looks like my personal lot. Everyday I can get that lot no matter what time I go home. But well I dun really care even if it is taken.

Whats the point of being possessive when it dun even belong to you in the first place.

Believe this is happening in most carpark. But think most HDB owners are still fine as in just move at their own time & pace to get the lot they wanted.

Not like those stay in landed wor.
Heard scary incidents how 'outsider' parked their car in a public area outside their house.
