We were a cohort of about 120 students. Now at 65, 17 have already uplorry liao, some due to cancer, some heart attack and some pneumonia. Life is short, enjoy yourself with your loved ones while you are still alive.

Now that I’m hitting my late 30s, I'm still on the path to figuring everything out. I’ve been working on my fitness and managed to drop from over 180kg to under 130kg. Some people might say losing weight doesn’t matter, but for me, it’s a huge confidence booster. Feeling more 'normal' is really going to help with the negativity I’ve dealt with because of sweating, having body odor, or taking up more space and being perceived as an eyesore in public.

Once I meet my ideal size, I’ll start experimenting with things I couldn’t do before to figure out what I genuinely enjoy and what could motivate me more.

Living for good health is the way to go. You can do more things in life with a healthy body than a sick body.

By doing this, you are contributing to PAP by design and they will use the peace and prosperity ($ u spent on ur parents, spouse, in-laws etc.. provided by companies that make neat profit) derived from ur hardwork to further profit from it.. keep up the good work!
Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ how long more can I take it, everyday I want to retire

Every day u wake up, have a good night sleep, can eat, can poop is already a blessing. Please revisit your question when u cannot do these simple tasks. Every day is a blessing. Dont waste it.

I thought it was for the family but now I'm not so sure. Right now probably 25% for myself, 50% for family, 25% dunno for what or who

Actually nothing much. Just trying to have a good time in this cursed world. Enjoy being alive. Travel as much as I can. Drink beer.

Considering the expenses and lengthy recovery periods, I've decided it's more practical to accept the sagging skin as a permanent condition.
