You don’t resign and don’t vax the company probably will say you have performance issue and fire you. Then you serve your 1 month notice wfh. After that good luck looking for an employer willing to hire an unvax person. Hope you have tonnes of savings to see you through to when covid becomes extinct.Yeah...so no need to resign, still can WFH!!! Woohoo!!!!

Termination needs valid reason cannot because of unvax status, cannot anyhow.They probably serve you a termination letter. No need to serve notice.
