But but what if employee say wanna serve but gov stops employee from serving how?? Gov pay penalty?:ROFLMAO:

What's wrong with not vax but hardworking?:(
Gov already pay for the vaccine, its individual choice to pay penalty or take vaccine. If both also no its up to the company. If guy cannot go back office then up to company to waive. Company choice to allow employee to continue wfh for the last month or subjected to company arrangement.

In any case, employee has to serve x days based on what’s written on letter of offer. How employee serve is up to company. If employee is not able to serve for what ever reason. I believe company can terminate the employee on the spot.

Not right to pay penalty for not taking vaccines, gov can remove privilege for unvax but cannot penalize the unvax for making that freedom of choice.

if u tender 31 Dec
likely whole company many pple MIA due to leave as well.
bo hua to forfeit year-end bonus lidat (if the bonus paid prior to 31 Dec, think some company can claw bck the amount)
so must time the resignation, if any, to 1st working day of new year mah

I have personally reached out to you because of how your argument has affected me. Thus, I would like to go out of my way to congratulate you on developing such a powerful and convincing claim. Your wording and techniques used to enforce your argument are that of an English Major who aced Harvard. Truly, your opinions delivered through your words cannot be outmatched.

And while I see the thought, time, and serious dedication you have developed into a masterpiece truly ahead of our time, I hate to be the barer of rather unfortunate news. It has come to my attention that I have recently been in contact with your female parental figure, more commonly know as your “mother.” To be more specific, I have engaged in large amounts of physical intimacy with her, one could almost refer to as “sexual intercourse.” I apologize for the inconvenience this have may caused you.

Most likely company will ask ts to pay for the 1 mth notice, since it is not their fault than you don’t take the vax.
