yes, these cheap boxes work.

but for a few dollars more, you can get better and faster box. if you are using it everyday, the few dollars are well spent.

of course, should not spend $200+ to get those illegalbox with inferior hardware.

Tv box streaming dont need much processing power. What is important is the bandwidth and the service provider that streaming the video. So no need very expensive hardware, however some system is so slow that even trying to load the app become an issure, avoid those box. In fact, a old pc is better than those tv box. Just go get a old pc, i think many office have old pc to be disposed off. I have some 7 old pc from my office store to be dispose. I convert 1 to installed x86 android os and is fairly good and no worried of diskspace as well as ram and also no worried of over heated device which will slow down after some used time.

I did and it works. Save me many $150. Because android boxes firmware will get obsolete after couple of years. Windows subsystem for Android will get updates from Microsoft from time to time.

What need to be varies is that android apk has many malware, if your windows 11 have got official intranet or other office app then you need to be more careful. I am not sure is the windows subsystem for android and when the android got compromise were it roll down to the windows system itself.
Just stay alert, unless your windows 11 is just for fun.

Sorry Tizen has very limited selection of app. Android APK dont run on Tizen.
You probably have to run m3u player if you want DIY one good app i can recomment for Tizen for iptv is ott player and you can find m3u link and built your own liabrary

The risk is true for sure.

Though nowadays, I found my phone is more critical than my computers which I have more at home.

A week ago, my phone reported "Google is infected with a virus." I scrambled to install all bank apps into a spare new phones to check my bank accounts... followed by a week long process of installing the rest of the apps to the new phone...

I lost one work day as I figured not worthwhile to rush to work while leaving the hackers stealing my money... In fact, I suspect my phone could be one of the zombie device taken over by the virus and used in the recent round of DDOS on our healthcare system.
