why the sudden popularity? follow AMDK?
i think its a lame sport, not badminton, not table tennis, not tennis.

my side already people playing.

the net is i think about 2 feet in height.
The court is the size of badmintin.
and just whack the ball across.

Seems like it's for those who want play tennis but cmi in it. Thus the "downgrade" version

i think it started as a sport for seniors.
then as popularity ramped up, it has become more competitive with players from other racket sports joining in.
popular maybe easy to setup play, not so physically demanding (doubles) and great way to have healthy get togethers for seniors.... post game drinks not withstanding

In my neighborhood, I saw some elderly super siao on. They wear until very pro and take scores one
