long term use vs cigarette is unknown. but im guessing its less unhealthy. at least breath isnt stink and doesnt stain teeth as much as cigarettes.

how to tax? per mg of nicotine in 100ml juice?

small device, easy for underaged to conceal it. smoke at home, parents wont know cos it doesnt stink the room. and its an easier way to add banned substances in the juice. almost impossible to have 100% check on the juices that arrive here if its permitted.
