How's the idle battery drain?

I switch off data, left overnight from 12 to 7 and drain 4%, not sure normal or not

I believe it's google apps and language - CN ROM only has Eng & Chi which should be good enough for most of us.
I'm trying to research if Android Pay is only available on global ROM or is common... But definitely there's some trouble with it even on official builds.

i think you will hv better luck with android pay on global rom. there are checks in place to avoid any hacks so if bootloader is unlocked and rooted, android pay wont work. however, the current phones are cn rom that requires sideloading of google services will give problems. You will need to unlock bootloader to flash global rom when available, relock bootloader to try android pay.

I think android pay is a lost cause. My mi6 on China rom, never rooted and bootloader never unlocked still cannot pass safety net test. Probably xiaomi have yet to submit their rom to Google or something.

This is possible as they need to satisfy certain conditions. Did u use HSE? Also hv u managed to get Google services working properly. One more thing, did u double and triple check the permissions are given properly?
Xiaomi is a little late when it comes to N but their MM based miui 8 is stable and has fantastic battery life.

Yeahhh my phone is here.

Saw there's a error in the warranty card. It says one card can choose 4g and other card is 2g.

It's correct. If use dual SIM, only 1 can be LTE, the other for phone calls only

Can't get android pay to work. Unable to start the app. Says I'm on custom ROM. I'm on global ROM. Boh pian.

Anyone using Bluetooth earphones?

Not sure what's wrg, got a few songs listen half way got distort a bit

On the home screen, there is a security app that can check for payment security for china nfc payment.

The global rom now is vendor modded rom. Many people warns not to use and flash official rom from miui.
