Actually this is a tough choice but I will go with 1. Because nice noodles and nice tasting chilli is like the soul of bcm. Even if I have top quality liao but the noodle cook until soggy or stick together and the entire bowl tastes bland then bky

Because I prefer non-spicy food & normally go for less rice/noodle portion.
