Least holding power developers are usually those unknown developers who build boutique units. Sycamore tree and laurel tree by Astoria development who run road due to bankruptcy. U dare to buy from unknown developer?
Else don’t harp or hold high hopes for big names like CDL, UOL,MCL, CEL, Fraser, capitaland, Wing Tai for any fire sale discount.
What about the China developer?
