LTA's OBU implementation. it completely fails once the internal battery runs flat. you have to pay for a new set. LTA is too greedy on this. they must be voted out

Wah, this foreigner break laws in SG and the Police refuse to prosecute him type of case my friend got gonna before!

That fxxking foreigner intimidated him and damaged his door in the middle of the night (not ONCE but TWICE after Police had been called both times!) and the Police refused to prosecute him for the criminal offences committed (despite my friend providing CCTV video footage with that foreigner face in it damaging his door!) and expect my friend to bear the costs of damages caused by the fxxking foreigner!

why like this one
can ask law minister why?
My friend also hope to ask the Law Minister / AGC AG directly, but got no access.

This is a long story, happened quite some time ago. May be I check with my friends for details to refresh my memory. If anybody interested, let me know and I can share here.

Wat reason d police gave for not persecuting a blatant crime if any?
The Police claimed this is a mere "neighbour dispute", even after he had provided the Police all the concrete evidence (CCTV video and audio recordings) of that fxxking criminal in action trying to kick down his door and created so loud banging noise that also woken up his neighbours in his heighbouring units! And NOT ONCE, but TWICE!

So my friend ask the Police so in this case he can also go damage that fxxking criminal's unit door in retaliation (they live in condo - that criminal was living in a rented unit rented by his company) and he can also claim "this is mere neighbour dispute" and Police will not take action right? Then the Police replied that is against the law and they can take action!

My friend was mad at what happened! He feels there is double standard in law enforcement!

No, this criminal is a Kimchi, act like big fxxk and not afraid of Singapore's Police and is so bold to go intimidate my friend and trying to kick down his door in the middle of the night TWICE(! -- in a condo and damaging his door because of that) and he still dare to do it again after the Police had been called during the first incident!

My friend said he hopes people will spread his story because he was really mad and angry at the injustice he suffered and hopes that a more fair and just system of Law Enforcement will be installed instead of such discriminatory actions that can be taken by the Police!

He also wondered how many people have suffered the same experience as he does?

OYK's no jab no job

Should be the misselling of the experimental underperforming Covid-19 vaccine/s & booster/s (supposed for emergency use only) at the expense of those Covid-19 vaxxed & boostered ones.

Pushing away the potential side-effects to become underlying medical condition/s.

The vaccine was a snake oil to begin with. Vaccination is to prevent one from getting infected, yet people who were vaccinated still got infected. How come we didn't get the infections of those vaccines we took as a kid?

Anything related to the vaccine and his policies, I'll definitely not give pappies the vote. Even if OYK not in my GRC, his partymates will pay for it. Just for 1 simple reason, none spoke up against his policies.

Even his no jab no job was not legislated into law. Those who were terminated from their jobs because of this should sue their then employers for unlawful termination. A minister's words not legislated into law has no legal effect.

Updated some additional information about experience of my friend over here:

Yap, today, the Singapore Police is "less oppressive" , and refused to even prosecute foreigner who commit crime in Singapore! -- According to my friend's experience, which you can read about here:

https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/...iked-most-last-5-years.7119809/post-155901294

https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/...st-last-5-years.7119809/page-8#post-155914238

My friend also told me more laws have been introduced (presumably under current AGC and Law Minister), such as Private (Criminal) Prosecution, where he was told by the Singapore Magistrate to carry out his own private criminal prosecution of the criminal who is a foreigner, after he made a magistrate complaint about Police not taking action against criminal who is a foreigner! And this after he had provided concrete irefutable evidence of the foreigner commiting crime against him in Singapore to the Singapore Police, and the Singapore Police still refused to take action to prosecute the criminal, and instead expected my friend to carry out "Private (Criminal) Prosecution" of that criminal who is a foreigner himself instead!

When my friend told the Magistrate and the Police that he had decided to proceed with Private (Criminal) Prosecution of that criminal who is a foreigner, after a week, he received an email from the Police stating that the Police had consulted with AGC and decided to give that criminal who is a foreigner a stern warning in lieu of prosecution for his criminal offence under Section 426 of the Singapore Penal Code, wordings as follows:

"... Following consultations with the Attorney-General’s Chambers, it was decided that the defendant would be administered with a stern warning in lieu of prosecution for the offence of Mischief under Section 426 of the Penal Code 1871..."

Meaning that my friend cannot proceed with his Private (Criminal) Prosecution against that criminal who is a foreigner anymore because the (new?) LAW states that he loses his right to Private (Criminal) Prosecution once the AGC has given that criminal a letter of stern warning in lieu of prosecution! My friend ask:
Why is the Police and the AGC trying to shield that foreigner who committed crime in Singapore from prosecution via Private (Criminal) Prosecution when the Police had already refused to prosecute this foreigner who committed crime against him?

Double taxing and conservancy charges.
Double taxing is also like you paying income tax for income earned, and then still need to pay GST to spend your money?

So GST discourages rich people from spending in Singapore but they can fly overseas to spend their money (because when the rich spend overseas, they can claim GST rebate -- just like when foreigners come to Singapore to spend, they can also claim GST rebate and hence foreigners coming to Singapore pay negligible GST),
while the average Singaporeans have to pay GST in order to live and survive in Singapore and many do not have money to go overseas to spend. So end up that majority of SG Gov GST revenue is from ordinary average Singaporeans and so ordinary average Singaporeans contribute the most GST to GST revenue?
