Definitely DE, as you shave in 3 passes so it's completely smooth. As you say, it takes longer. Now I shave at night and it's still clean the next day. With experience, you can complete your shave pretty quickly. Lol but it's darn enjoyable if you take your time and there's loads of shave soaps and creams to try.

Anyway wetshavers will tell you this lift and shave of electric razors can cause ingrown hairs as the hair retracts below the skin. It never happened to me but it's something to watch out for. Hence I chose foil shavers.

Just to clarify, regardless whether high end electronic shaver or Budget shaver, the shave will never be as close compared to manual shaving?

Like what Coupe811 said, I think manual shaving gives the closest and cleanest shave. Its also the least complicated without the need for maintenance. I manually shave with the 6-blade Chief Executive from shavebabyshave.net and it costs me way less than the Gilette equivalent...

Friend recommended it and I've been using it for close to a year, these blades are made in South Korea. you guys should check it out.. can shave it with just water as it has very good lubricating strips.

Hi there, I am searching for a manual shaver that no need to change the blade so often.
I am currently using disposable shaver whereby I used once and throw that type.
