I like Red (Ketchup). love in when I was a kid.

My favourite was Da Jie wanton Mee at Sam Leong Road (now no more)

if non-traditional style, I like Dunman wanton mee. thicker noodles, clear transparent sauce with super spicy chilli sauce.
Their wanton is the best as the portion of the skin and meat is just nice, and it is very soft.
they are originated from Eng Kee but I don't really like Eng Kee.

HK style, I like 正斗，opened by the son of the disciple of Mak's noodle.
local HK style, there is a 坚哥, but the alkaline taste is too strong.

Btw some stall is operate 24 hour and their char siew is alway blackish in colour

we will patronize on sunday after our morning run
i will makan the prawn noodles
