I didnt know got char siew sauce

This one u need to see one some stall their char siew is those "steam "one that's y don't have

But some is like use charcoal one will see got char siew sauce I see liao will request..some is abit salty but some got the sweet honey taste...eat liao quite shiok for me ...

If u go wet market buy char siew sometimes can request also

I used to like the wtm previously at a kopitiam at Lorong 21A ran by a group of elderly.
The sauce and chilli is perfectly done.
They relocated to Geylang east and standard dropped.

There is 1 type of egg mee kia. The noodles is more yellow and broader. There is a store selling this type at alexander village. Most wtm use the thinner noodles and cook al dente like hk style, the noodles has a a slight ghee smell which i dont like.
In hk, most wtm is serve soup. I ate once and nv eat again cos the ghee smell is too strong.
