Which would be a better choice.

Then in your opinion what do you think of the NZXT H440?

Looks much better, more refined. But don't like the front airflow config. And no other silence-optimised case, apart from the one I'm using, has a 270deg front door.

Big reason I bought my case was that I only need to maintain three filters and not bother with cleaning the casing's internals

Now to decide on 540 Air/Fractal Design Arc Midi R2/NZXT 5440.

I don't see the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 on pricelists. Anyone knows which shop still have them?

Most shops should have them unless distro bring in little stocks. RRP is $129.

Btw, its nzxt 440, not 5440. 440 is more for silent gaming.

The Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 is really cheap since it's only $129, but probably harder to find, whereas the 540 Air, as seen on Fuwell's price list is $189 which is almost the same as the price the 440 is going to be priced at.

Now the question is to wait or not to wait.

Is the $188 confirmed including taxes and all?

540 can be had for around $150-160, most likely at $160. Bargain at tradepac.

Anyone know which shop at sls sells bitfenix products?

What bitfenix products? Cases or accessories? There is no one shop which sells the whole variety of 1 brand only.

Chassis/Cases. Looking at the BitFenix Ronin too, can't seem to find it though.

update from hydra, saying the h440 would be coming out only in April. (Singapore)

Hydra quite slow de...

Get the 540 air, u wun be disappointed. Big window to show your rig innards, big space at the back for cables.

If gt budget, arc midi r2 is a good case. Just that its harder to find due to distro bringing in little sets as it does not sell as well as the define r4.

Hydra forever slow. Took them forever to bring in the nzxt Hue. Though sadly it's just a sh*t pos of a product from nzxt

Agree with what you have said. Since the H440 is coming April, I'd most probably won't be getting it already, as I'm kinda in a hurry for my new chassis.

Will most probably be getting the 540 air.
