Who here sprained back before? Did u guys manage to fully recover?

Think that one quite common especially those from NS and reservist days. Common injuries are the knee and back.

Not sure about others, but think cannot quite fully recovered once kanna before. Cause (for lack of better words) got weak spot already. Some may observed that the pain might come back once in a long while when strain too much.

Can only take more care when bending over for long and/or carry heavy weight. Not careful the pain can easily come back. One way it help alot is to slowly strengthen the back muscle so that better able to support. Won't feel that easily strain.

Just had back pain last week. Suddenly one.
Think sleep with wrong posture.

Super pain until I had to take panadol to manage the pain. I did some stretching to try to strengthen the muscles where I felt the pain..


Recovered 7788 now

Maybe the Jing is hurt n tight. Need to scrap ? to release tension
ppl do lots of weights but don’t know make whole body v tense up

i just tried 1 step of 八段锦 tiagong is by damo, the other day, the exercise is more to opening up the body n let organs expand n ‘exercise’ but the carrying of weights is liked body tend to close than stretch out. ...
