most can't find proper full time jobs there. if u are a chinese u are a chinese, amdk dun really care where u come from, even abc who speak perfect english get discriminated in usa very often.
hanor! One can slang like amdk but can't change the skin color.

Simi "We are all equal" "We Are Family" only exists in amdk movies.

Although it will be fun in the beginning as everything are fresh and new.
If cant make a living there, you wont be able to survive there.
Even they return to HK also no use, have to start fresh again.

All the boomers in this thread thinks that HKers will suffer in UK and should stay in HK.

Maybe it’s true for people like yourselves? Chinese educated folks can hardly thrive in western countries.

I’ve been to the UK and have seen a thriving Asian community, so this just shows how shallow local SG men are when it comes to thinking outside their perspective, never travelled enough but think they’re so smart 😂😂😂

It is only natural if you have desire more to your roots not the other way.

Why when ang moh leave do they fully buy in to their new place?

Communist China isnt the root of Hong Kong though , Hong Kong as an entity has more history than the Chinese Communist Party.

sounds like they are enjoying it at the moment. If you dont stay there you might not know the Asians are discriminated against especially in such cases of mass exodus.

Pretty sure there are more opportunities in China than in UK. Its a matter of whether they prefer to choose freedom of expression over money or money over freedom

Seriously if u change the flag and words to Singapore, it works the exact same way. Lucky for Singaporeans no CCP coming after our lives.
