Why exercises so difficult to achieve?

Today walk from tangling pagar mrt to Mt faber (up down twice), telok.blangah hill, deport, tiong bahru mkt. Covering 20 km..
The up n down twice in Mt faber with hundreds of walking steps easily distance at least 5km of walk on flat ground.

Strongly suggest all to climb stairs daily, especially those above 40yo.

Good for legs muscles and hips strength and bone density.

After lifts were "improved" to all levels, more and more people got walking issues, stability issues, fall-risk, limping, metabolic syndromes due partly to aging muscles loss and sedentary lifestyle etc

Climbing Stairs are convenient, useful.

Daily just use it minimum twice ??

Go downstairs take lift. Go upstairs climb stairs to level 5 minimally.

Constantly doing in the same flat will get bored.
