Even tho I workout regularly, when I just started working, gg after work initially I felt hesitant but after I got started it felt fine.
Main reason I can do it consistent is cause I know and can feel the benefits. Very effective in de-stressing, improve my slp etc. if you’re not “feeling” that part n just chasing a certain number gain, hard to persist I feel
