Why exercises so difficult to achieve?

Even tho I workout regularly, when I just started working, gg after work initially I felt hesitant but after I got started it felt fine.

Main reason I can do it consistent is cause I know and can feel the benefits. Very effective in de-stressing, improve my slp etc. if you’re not “feeling” that part n just chasing a certain number gain, hard to persist I feel

Yes, after the system change to 3 stations, it's much easier to get gold

I failed my IPPT and attended my RT/IPT for most of my younger years. Since it changed to 3 stations, I got passed with incentive, follow by silver, follow by gold for last 2 years

Shows how easy the 3 stations had become if a IPPT failure can achieve gold within a few years. Definitely doable if one is willing to train...

Seem like many are having difficult time to get out of the house and do exercises.
Do you?
Many citing reasons such as no time, laxy, procastination, nua at sofa, dont feel like doing, lost motivation and all sort of reasons.

How to make one motivate enough to push onself to go out do exercises?
my motivation is cai png, every time i jiak i feel motivated.
but when i feel motivated, i feel sleepy.. it goes into a loop and repeat.. :frown:

Today I did not go out jogging.
instead I do step exercises.
did about 5k steps and perspired.
tomorrow hmm…after work, do this step exercises Again.

I install a pull up bar in my room, every time i leave the room I'll do one. It's called greasing the grove, very effective to increase your pull up reps.


So one day I usually end up doing 1, or at most twice if I'm having diarrhea.

i cant even do one....
so now i am doing step exercises at home for about 3k to 5k steps daily.

For normal ppl, very tough..
Maybe u can think of a reason that motivate u? E.g

After 1h brisk walk/jog... Go happy hour??
