due to abrasion from the wind which cause pitting in the coating and then followed by moisture in the air coming in contact with the metal.

u sand away, then spray paint again

-paint wear off, then rust form
-wash liao, never wipe dry, so rust form
-high RH, cause it to rust.

i got 1 room , full blast aircon and fan, rust is formed.
i got 1 room, on fan only, no rust is formed.
