fan grills i think all are metal with paint coating. no plastic ones ba
got a lot of fully plastic ones nowadays. fan blades are also plastic. light and portable. easy to wash. some are very quiet. can find on shopee and lazada. i bought 3 already.

You need to wipe off the dust every 3 weeks to a month if not the moisture trapped by the dust will cause rusting to occur faster.

Just buy kdk or the panasonic oem fan. Thicker and better quality paint do not rust that fast. The metal fan blade will not crack too.

Use metal blades are way better than plastic if subjected to external huge forces.
And they also gives stronger wind due to its weight.

plastic wise, less of a cleaning and de rust hustle. But also crack easily and wind not as strong.

Because stainless steel is an alloy and so harder to form into shape. Have to use normal metal and then paint over to prevent rusting.
