1. When you get sued for "exposing" ministers. (Lack of press freedom)
2. When AG (Lucien) is PM Lee's former lawyer (Cryonism)
3. When you get fined for not returning trays / not wearing mask (What a "Fine" city)
4. Where police are often waiting to catch you and put you in prison for the slightest offence (Like Nazi Germany)
5. Where members of the public have often little say in ridiculous policies created by government body which results in higher administrative overheads.
6. Where you can get jailed under FICA.
7. Where the rule of law takes precedence over the lives of people. (Like the parable Jesus healing on the Sabbath)
A true democracy (one that Jesus would be proud of) puts people first and empowers people instead of using the law to oppress people.
Not expert but think a good measure of democracy is how much the people can have a say in the decisions that affect them. The lesser its so, the less democratic it is, think.
When you openly tell people in the next coming erection, this person will be the next PM, macham that person 100% will get erected by votes AND when become an MP will 100% get erected by MP votes to the PM. The audacity ....even Trump won't/can't do that.
