There is no cause to panic the king. HDL dropped a bit but still in healthy range. If next round HDL continue to drop & off range, then have to note nutrition lvl and liver function. Is this from self annual check up or see Dr follow up report?
from my normal every 4 to 5 month diabetes check

My bad cholesterol also dropped quite a lot despite of dr mentioned I had high cholesterol (since teens) due to genetic. My classmate told me not to listen to dr as he also didn believe that too. He also had high cholesterol. I change diet totally, must be diligent n discipline in ur diet + brisk walking daily ( at least 3km in the park). Really lower my cholesterol. Previously bad cholesterol hit on the highest range. About to take medication. But I have been eating natto for years, did CT scan , luckily no clog in arteries in heart as previously complained discomfort in heart for since young.

Diet:
-NO FRIED FOOD
-NO DRESSING , sauce , gravy FOR Salad, bread or food
-NO HYDROGENATED, SHORTENING , MARGARINE or chemical oils
- no pastries
- take lots of 🥑
You did CTA or Calcium scan ?

does stress spike ones cholesterol level?
I think Cholesterol not so much.

Can impact blood glucose more.

better lower dosage and clean up diet, no good from relying on medicine.

Yeah. Sometimes in the transition of change of diet, the blood test doesn't show up. But once stablised, it shows the drop. It's a good problem. Hope next test shows the same too. Wish you good health

Sounds like a magic pill for modern day lifestyle
NAC - When consumed, NAC breaks down into cysteine, which is metabolized to glutathione. Glutathione is a vital antioxidant for proper immune system functioning and detoxification, as well as tissue building and repair.

You can get Glutathione from oatmeal/rolled oats. No need to go for expensive supplements
