This is why I don't eat Japanese sushi. It's raw meat plus made with bare hands. All those nasty parasites and worms swimming in your body after eating it blah

Different people just have different definition of hygiene.

I've never eaten at a Japanese sushi place where the chef has to double up as cashier to handle cash. That country and their people had made a collective effort to be known as clean.



Elsewhere ... I'm not gonna talk about those obvious cesspool least their ppl get emotional and defensive over their homeland and beloved filth.

Take Singapore for example ... it's clean because of an army of cleaners, not the people..

because sushi won't taste the same without the sweat from the lao jiao chef hand.. oiisshiii

the sweat, the pcc zhup, the ocb zhup from a lao jiao man's hand combined with warm rice and raw otoro ish best combi ever. sedap with a slight tinge of sourness.

Plot twist, the chef assistant is a chaosng bbfa... Now u know why sushi has some sourness
