total cost of ownership trumps everything in Singapore. road tax is retarded for EVs. also time to charge.
e.g. delivery service or taxis. need to take time off daily. time is money and life.
inconvenience charge finish need to move vehicle.

if government say EVs no need COE then confirm everyone will chiong for it.

Costs aside, I believe based on existing infrastructure and foreseeable infrastructure, hybrid is the way forward. Not pure ICE or EV
