I kana barked by dog before.

Was standing there suddenly a dog bark me. Immediately freeze there not knowing not to do. I serve 2 yrs ns in elite unit

What has Singapore become?

A long time ago in some crowded places or not isolated places you can still see dogs grouped together with no owners

AND I know some owners let their dogs wander by themselves with no leash


Then it stopped
Probably cos Public complained about being bitten

Now it's back?
