Will minimum wage laws work here?

I actually dont get how minimum wage will help

But If we increase minimum wage, doesn’t it mean that if we go macs and all, the price will also increase?

Im not that well informed, but i think their minimum wage only applies to the very low income people like below 1.3k or something.

They want to help those very low income people to have more stable life.

But the food court operation cost also increase, so they increase rental, which lead to stall owner increase food price.

Cleaner in the end got more money to buy food but the food become more expensive. So whats the pt...

Therefore, the rise in the wages must be more than the expenses to help the poor. So end up you help the poor, but the middle class suffers more because minimum wage doesn't impact them while expenses increases.

FWs need to pay levy, need to provide accommodations. If after adding those to their pay, u think it's 1.3k?

If u hire local at 1.3k after cpf its about 1.5k and it's lower if the person is above 55 years old.
