Window film recommendations

I've been staying in a HDB corridor unit for about 30 years and my window films have been pasted since then. Still in good condition.

Those who like me staying in corridor unit will have window films pasted.

For outside you can use window cleaner solution to clean the glass surface

On the inside just use plain water to wipe the films will do. Don't use any window cleaner solution.

Does anyone know or have installed those kind of smart privacy film for HDB windows? Is it permissible? The cost?

When turn off, it’s opaque and turn on for clear.

Oh this kind of privacy film are called PDLC film. It is allowed for HDB if just install film on the glass. Cost wise it is quite steep..
