window problem

Hi,
I am facing this problem with my parent PC.
Which when i on the PC, after BOIS stuff it when in to black screen even before window logo. how should i solve it?

past few day my parent told me about this problem above and ytd i able to on it and boot to window 7 and i went ahead to update to window 10 and once it restart the PC, the problem appear again. so i am confuse whether my PC is still in window 7 or window 10?

the solution i found online is to repair the window with bootable usb but the thing is i am confuse to use window 7 or window 10?

It is probably not a Windows problem.

Try re-seating your GPU and RAM first.

but theres no beep sound or anything sound so i assume is window problem...

take out and put back...

Take out the RAM and GPU, clean the gold contacts and insert back. Power on.

If problem persist, wiggle the RAMs a bit and try again.
